You can make an appointment with an affiliated test provider in the context of Testenvoorjereis via this appointment portal.
If you make an appointment with a test provider via this appointment portal, this appointment must be confirmed by the test provider. You will receive a confirmation from the test provider. The agreement between you and the relevant test provider is established when the confirmation message has been sent to you.
We do our best to ensure that the appointment made via this appointment portal is passed on to the test provider in a timely manner. In doing so, we observe all reasonable care and professionalism that you may expect from us.
However, our services depend, among other things, on other telecommunications and ICT service providers. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that all appointments are always processed correctly. We are also not responsible for the (timely) passing on of your data to the test provider, for taking the tests themselves, or for the (timely) availability of your test result.
If you want to cancel the appointment, you can also use this appointment portal. No costs will be charged for this. If you want to cancel, we ask you to do so in time, so that your spot becomes available for someone else.
Warranty and limitation of liability
Within the limits permitted by law, we make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, with regard to the content, or availability of the appointment portal or the ability to make appointments, nor do we guarantee that appointments will be made on time. or can be made error-free or that defects will be repaired (timely). We are not liable for your damage, unless this damage is caused by our intent or gross negligence, in which case we are only liable for the direct damage.
Any liability for indirect damage, including but not limited to consequential damage, loss of profit and loss of turnover, is excluded.
Our services are made available to you free of charge. We accept no liability for not being able to process or pass on your appointment in time, or for the untimely availability of your test result, as a result of which you were unable to make your trip and/or incurred unnecessary costs.
All intellectual property rights with regard to this appointment portal and the material published on it are the property of the Dutch State or of third parties with whom VWS has made agreements. You are not free to copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, directly link to sub-pages or material thereof in (frames of) a website any material from this portal record or otherwise use.
Complaints or questions relating to test providers must be submitted to the relevant test provider.
